Generate questions by difficulty

One question is drawn from each equal slice of the contestant's Juz range (e.g. 30 Juz / 5 questions → Juz 1–6, 7–12, 13–18, 19–24, 25–30), each a boundary pair (first and last ayah — the contestant recites everything between) sized to ~15 Mushaf lines. Every question is generated at the hardest difficulty tier. Fills every question slot below; you can still fine-tune any field by hand afterward.
